There are two distinct roles :
- The Leaders are the adults traveling with the delegation of 4-6 children between the ages of 11-15. They are the link between the children and their homeland and a sort of substitute parent or sibling for the duration of camp. In order to keep the children focused on the camp, all communication between them and their parents goes through the Leader.
Depending on the age of the kids, Leaders will either organise all the activicties for them or assist them with the organisation of their own activities. - The Staff team is in charge of preparing and taking care of the logistics before and throughout any camp. For that, they will count with the support of the local chapter and its volunteers. They can also take part in activities, but their priority is to make sure that everything works smoothly (groceries, forms, excursions, pharmacy, communication with the Leaders, etc.). They are the link between the hosting chapter and the camp.
