Dear members,

This past summer, CISV Switzerland participants took part in wonderful international camps filled with friendship, laughter and learning. Camps abroad were filled with unforgettable moments\u2014singing under the stars, sharing cultures and building peace one hug at a time. Echoing the spirit of the CISV song, \u201csow a seed and plant a tree,\u201d our youth lived those words through every shared meal, every group activity and every heartfelt goodbye. These camps didn\u2019t just create memories\u2014they built bridges that span continents and hearts and reminded us all that peace begins with friendship.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This summer, Switzerland had the pleasure of hosting a CISV Youth Meeting bringing together delegations from Switzerland, France, Italy, Belgium, Finland, Mongolia, the United States and Colombia. For two weeks, these young people shared a little bit about their countries through cultural activities, learned to live together with their differences and similarities, strengthened their spirit of cooperation and created friendships across borders.<\/span><\/p>

One of the highlights of the programme was the excursion to Geneva, where participants explored the old town through an outdoor escape game organised by Outdoor Escape Room (link to their website<\/a>). With lots of little games that took them to the pretty corners of the old town to solve the puzzle. Congratulations to the French delegation who ended up winning the competition!<\/span><\/p>

A big thank you to the leaders, volunteers and host families who made this meeting possible! Together, we were once again able to offer participants a wonderful experience and friendships around the world!<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As parents of two children who have been active in CISV since the age of 10 (now 17 and 14), it seems natural to us to support the organization whenever possible during the various activities it organizes.<\/span><\/p>

Our latest volunteer mission in support of the committee and the YM 2025 service in July in Satigny involved several activities:<\/span><\/p>
